Customs clearance

Air freight Services
We handle several commodities by air:
These include Humanitarian cargo, cold chainshipments and medicaments.
• Fresh Flowers, Vegetables & Fruits – We are well conversant with loading of horticultural produce on such equipment as per booking as well as documentation requirements both locally and at the destination. To secure a booking during high seasons we sign contracts with most carriers based on projections received from exporters.
• Fresh Meat & Hides – We prioritize the quality of your goods and cold storage is no exception.
• Garments/Apparels/Fabric – we handle urgent garments/fabric/accessories from/to Zimbabwe by air as we understand clients’ timeline.
• Personal Effects – We handle both import & export of house hold items by air. We offer door-to-door service on request.
• Dangerous Goods – We handle dangerous goods by air and also advice clients on both documentation and handling requirements per carrier/state.
• Live Animals – We handle both air imports and exports of live pets, beneficial insects, horses, reptiles, live tropical fish, etc. We have well trained and experienced staff on Zimbabwe live animal regulation (LAR)
• Human Remains – We handle both air import and export of human remains.
• Diplomatic Cargo – We handle both import and export.

Ocean/Sea Freight
- Sea freight is one of the major shipping methods globally. We handle both imports & exports by sea through Beira, Durban, Walves Bay and Inland container depot in Zimbabwe. We have well trained staff that has wide knowledge about ocean freight. We have established good relationships with major carriers that operate from/to all ports and this makes us have access to most privileges like competitive rates, free days, and space booking during peak seasons & critical times, extra attention, last minute booking and import container deposit waiver for imports.
Full container loads (FCL) and Less than Container Loads (LCL) are expertly shipped around the world using a network of trusted carriers. Computerized consignment tracking systems are also available

- World class Freight Zimbabwe handles packing of all types of cargo including personal effects and other items at relatively fair costs. For customers who wish to relocate we can be of great help as we will make sure all artefacts are packed properly and transferred safely without being damaged or stolen.
We can pack your household belongings to help re-locating. From company furnishing to your personnel effects, we make sure that proper care is taken using the right packing materials. Our team expertly hand-wrap each item, making sure that goods are placed in properly lined crates to cartons either at the clients designated site or move the cargo to our warehouse and do the packing and temporarily store in our Warehouse pending export or delivery.
